We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains the terms for cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds. It does not affect any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
1. Quick summary
- Cancelling an order before it ships: full refund, no fees.
- Time to request a return or refund: 30 days from the date you receive the order.
- Refund for a damaged, wrong or non-delivered item: full refund, or re-shipment/replacement, at your choice.
- Time to refund after approval: 5 ila 10 iş günü.
2. Cancelling an order
Write to us right after ordering at [email protected] with your order number. If the order has not yet been handed to the carrier, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has been handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled, but you can request a return under this policy after you receive it.
3. Return conditions
- The request is made within 30 days of receipt.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, with its packaging, accessories and tags.
- You contact us first and receive approval and return instructions. Do not send any item back before we approve it, because the return address may differ from the company address, and we are not responsible for parcels sent to a wrong address without coordination.
- You include your order number and photos or a video when reporting a defect or damage.
4. Who pays return shipping?
- Damaged, defective, wrong or not-as-described item: we cover the return cost or waive the return (photos are enough) and resolve it with a replacement or refund.
- Change of mind, or the size or color you chose does not suit you: the customer pays return shipping, which is deducted from the refund. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the mistake was ours.
Note: because items may ship from international warehouses, returning to an address in another country can be expensive. In those cases, depending on the item’s value, we may suggest a partial refund or letting you keep the item without returning it, at our discretion and with your agreement.
5. Items that cannot be returned
- Customized, made-to-order or personalized (name-printed) items.
- Underwear, swimwear, personal, beauty and care products, cosmetics, earrings and anything affecting health or hygiene once opened.
- Perishable items, digital products and gift cards.
- Used items, or items damaged by misuse, incorrect installation or modification, or returned without suitable packaging.
- Items sold as “final sale”, where this is clearly stated on the product page. Your right to claim for a defect or an error remains.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on availability. If the item is not available, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
7. Orders that did not arrive, were delayed or lost
If your order has not arrived within the expected time plus 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, or we cannot deliver it, we will re-ship the order or refund you in full, at your choice. Please make sure your address is correct: if the error was in an address entered by the customer, re-shipment or a refund may not be covered, though we will do our best to help. Orders that were refused, not collected from the post office, or returned to sender because of a wrong address or unpaid customs fees may have the shipping cost deducted from any refund.
8. How refunds are made
- The refund goes back to the same original payment method within 5 ila 10 iş günü after we approve the refund (or after we receive the return, if we asked for it). Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to show the amount in your account.
- The amount you see may differ because of exchange-rate differences or conversion fees charged by your bank; we do not bear those differences.
- The item price and sales tax are refunded; original shipping fees may not be refunded in change-of-mind cases.
9. Bank disputes (chargebacks)
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Opening a dispute without contacting us may delay your refund, we may give your bank evidence of the order, delivery and correspondence, and we may block future orders if disputes are abused.
10. Contact
To request a return or refund: contact page or [email protected], with your order number and photos. We reply within three business days at most.
