The store is owned and operated by WordPress Website, referred to as “the Store”, “we” or “us”.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your country, and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are younger, the order must be placed under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian, who takes full responsibility for the order.
3. Products and information displayed
We do our best to describe products and show their images, sizes and specifications accurately. Colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen, and manual measurements may vary slightly (1–3 cm / about 0.4–1.2 in). Products are subject to availability. If a product cannot be supplied after you order it, we will tell you and either refund you in full or, with your consent, offer a replacement.
Product sourcing: We source products through third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, and items may ship from warehouses outside your country or outside the United States. Products may carry the manufacturer’s labels or original packaging. The display of any third-party brand does not mean that the brand sponsors or endorses the Store.
4. Prices, currency and taxes
- Prices are shown in the store currency (or in the currency you select, where currency switching is available). Currency may be converted at an exchange rate set by the payment provider or your bank, and your bank may charge foreign-transaction fees.
- Shipping costs and applicable taxes (such as US sales tax, where we are legally required to collect it) are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
- Customs duties and import taxes: unless stated otherwise at checkout, any customs duties, VAT or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility and are separate from the product price and shipping. See our Shipping Policy.
- We may change prices and offers at any time without affecting confirmed orders. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
5. Placing and accepting orders
Submitting an order is an offer by you to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, such as product unavailability, a price or description error, inability to ship to your destination, or suspected fraud or breach of these terms. In that case, any amount paid will be refunded.
6. Payment methods
Currently available payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, American Express.
- Online payments are processed through licensed payment gateways that use PCI DSS-compliant encryption, and you may be asked to verify with your bank (such as 3D Secure).
- We do not store your card details (card number, expiry date or CVV) on our servers; they are processed directly by the payment provider.
- The charge on your statement may appear under the store name, the company name or the payment provider’s name, and the short description may vary by bank.
- Additional payment or installment services (where available) are subject to their provider’s terms and approval.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method in line with our Refund Policy.
- You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that your details are correct. We may hold any order under fraud review until it is verified.
7. Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders and forms part of these terms. Expected processing time: 1 to 5 business days. Expected delivery time after shipping: 7 to 20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss or damage stays with us until the order is delivered to the address given in the order, and then passes to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your address and contact details.
8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You may ask to cancel before shipping, and ask for a return or refund within 30 days of receipt, under the conditions and exclusions in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy. This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country.
9. Defective products and conformity
We aim to deliver products that match their description. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, or an item that never arrives, contact us within the period stated in the refund policy with photos or a video showing the problem, and we will resolve it by replacement, re-shipment or refund. Products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, and we give no other express or implied warranties except as required by law. Any manufacturer warranty is stated on the product page where one exists.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; not to attempt to hack, disable or gain unauthorized access to our systems; not to provide false information or impersonate others; not to use automated tools to scrape content or overload our servers; and not to resell products in a way that breaches these terms. We may suspend accounts or refuse orders in case of breach.
11. Customer account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
12. Intellectual property and infringement notices
All store content, including text, images, logos, designs and software, belongs to the Store or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without written permission. Names and logos of other companies and payment methods belong to their owners. If you believe content in the store infringes your rights, send a notice to [email protected] including: a description of the protected work, a link to the infringing content, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief and of the accuracy of the information, and your signature. We will review it and take appropriate action, including removing the content (in line with the US DMCA where applicable).
13. Trade restrictions and sanctions
You confirm that you are not on any US or international sanctions or embargo list (such as OFAC lists), are not located in a country or region subject to a comprehensive embargo, and will not use the store in violation of export control or sanctions laws. We may decline to ship to any destination because of laws, carrier restrictions or security risks.
14. Third-party links and services
The store may include links to, or services from, third parties (such as payment gateways and carriers). We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them. Please review their terms.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the store, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order that is the subject of the claim. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by force majeure (such as disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, port or border closures, and service outages) or by causes beyond our control, such as failures of payment gateways or carriers, or customs procedures. None of this affects any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the Store harmless from any claims or losses arising from your breach of these terms, of third-party rights, or of the law, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We process your data in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
18. Complaints and dispute resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve any disagreement amicably, and we commit to replying within three business days. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, you may use the legal remedies available to you. If you dispute a payment, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to provide evidence (such as proof of order and delivery) when a payment is disputed.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory rights that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer and your right to go to the consumer protection authorities in your country.
20. Changes, termination and severability
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when published, and each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions are not affected. These terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and us. This document is written in English; any Arabic or other translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version prevails in case of any discrepancy unless the law requires otherwise.
