This policy explains how we prepare and ship your orders and how we handle tracking, customs and delays. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Where we ship
We ship to most countries around the world. Available countries and shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may not ship to some destinations because of laws, sanctions or carrier restrictions, to P.O. Box addresses, or to some remote or military areas. If we cannot ship to your address after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
2. Shipping origin and fulfillment
Orders ship directly from our suppliers or from our fulfillment partners’ warehouses, which may be outside the United States and outside your country. Therefore:
- A single order may arrive in separate packages at different times, and no extra shipping fee is charged for this.
- The shipping package may differ from the product’s original packaging, and parcels may not carry the store logo.
- The sender name on the parcel may differ from the store name.
3. Processing and delivery times
| Processing (before handover to the carrier) | 1 a 5 dias úteis |
| Delivery (after shipping) | 7 a 20 dias úteis |
These times are estimates and vary by destination, carrier and product. They do not include national holidays, busy seasons (such as Black Friday, New Year and holiday seasons) or customs delays. Where a specific time is shown on a product page, that time applies. Processing is counted in business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
4. Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, items and weight, and we may offer free shipping under conditions announced in the store. What is shown at checkout is final.
5. Tracking
We email you the tracking number after shipping. Tracking movement may take 2 to 7 days to appear after shipping, and some statuses may not update in countries where the local carrier changes. If you do not receive the tracking email, check your spam folder or write to us.
6. Customs duties and taxes
International parcels may be subject to customs duties, VAT or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Unless we state otherwise at checkout, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility, are paid to the carrier or customs on or before delivery, and are not included in the product price or shipping you paid us. Sometimes part of the tax is collected at checkout where enabled (as shown on the checkout page). We do not control these charges and cannot estimate them accurately; we recommend checking with your country’s customs authority. Refusing to pay the charges or not collecting the parcel may result in it being returned or destroyed, and does not entitle you to a refund of shipping or charges.
7. Correct address
You are responsible for entering a complete and correct address and a working phone number. If you spot an address error before shipping, write to us immediately so we can correct it. After shipping it may not be possible to change it, and a re-shipping fee may apply if the parcel is returned because of an address error.
8. Delivery and receipt
Depending on the carrier’s service in your country, a parcel may be delivered to your address, a mailbox, a pickup point, a neighbor or an authorized recipient. Responsibility for the parcel passes to you upon delivery as recorded by the carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, check around your property and with neighbors, contact the carrier, and then write to us within 7 days so we can open an investigation.
9. Delays, loss and damage
If an order is unusually delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it under our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy. Events beyond our control (such as customs, strikes, weather and disasters) can delay orders, and we accept no liability for resulting delays beyond what the law and the refund policy provide.
10. Restricted items
Some items (such as batteries, liquids and electronic products) may be banned or restricted in some countries. If an item cannot be shipped to your destination, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
11. Contact
For any shipping question, write to [email protected] or use our contact page.
